I am an Assistant Professor of Computer Science in Winston Salem State University. Before moving to Winston-Salem, I was living in picturesque Bozeman, Montana where I did my Ph. D. from Montana State University. My research interests are centered around core systems areas, perticularly in self-adaptive distributed and parallel systems, software engineering and operating systems. If you like to work with me in those areas, do not hesitate to contact me for research projects. I am originally from Bangladesh, one of the beautiful country in south Asia. I like to travel a lot and that caused me to be in so many different places so far in my life. Here is one such camping trip description from 2006. I am married to my wife Debzani and we have a cute little daughter named "Adrita". My hobbies are Music and Photography. I like music a lot and my list of favorite musicians is long and diverse. Reading books and watching movies (other than horror) are my leisure activities.
